I actually did not get introduced to any of the support staff. I understand theyre busy but at least hearing who is taking care of me and being involved in personal details of my care would have been more comforting

SARAH BRAGG Is concerned about the patient Makes sure you feel comfortable talking about your health Very concerned about every item in your chart to make sure you are up to date with EVERYTHING SHE IS "FANTASTIC ".

The actual waiting room, office, examination table, overall environment really needs to be updated. Honestly aesthetics are important in perception and a great provider in a dated office isn't really ideal in attracting new patients. Quality care should be properly represented in an updated facility.
