I was scheduled for a yearly physical. Dr Desena reviewed my records me. Answered those questions. At the 30 min mark, he was saying his good byes etc I asked for a referral to an ortho doctor to go over numbness in hands. I know that staff is time limited but I feel that a yearly physical should be a time to discuss issues you are having and options available. I could have made a different appt which would have been an additional cost for myself for a two min Conversation not to mention time and drive. I wish I knew of a better option available to me. I did my research before appt I have always believed and supported family practice because more doctors involved in your healthcare create issues with drug interactions and you not being managed appropriately. Most times 30 mins is enough but sometimes it just isn’t. Definitely a system issue
