Very friendly and professional

Austin had been outstanding, this includes when we were at the hospital and during today?s visit. He provides excellent care and listened attentively. He responds promptly on my chart and does anything possible to meet the needs of the patient. We could not have been more pleased with the care Austin has provided and his communication. He represents Novant well.

Novant is always a positive experience. I have had an unpleasant person from the lowest person to the highest dr. I have highly recommended Novant to everyone. I only wish you were in Hickory. The services received between Dr's in Hickory & Novant is so different!

The wait time was very long. I waited 35 minutes in the waiting room and 30 minutes in the exam room.

I need doctors that I've gone to throughout the years have just pushed me aside or dismiss me but here I felt valued and they were also fun had personality it was wonderful. It meant so much to me I went left there feeling happy in my soul. They all are so amazing and about brought tears to my eyes. Well actuallyi did. Tears of thankfulness. I wish more doctors and their teams could learn from them it is so important and I was so blessed
