Receptionist was not helpful. Credit card reader would not work

Novant has improved quite a bit since I first started with them.

The nurse was excellent that came in before I saw the NP. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable while asking questions about my condition. Allison Farrey was excellent. She went over everything with me concerning my condition. Allsion was extremely thorough and also made me feel comfortable discussing the assessment of my condition. When she learned of external coordination that was needed with my Novant and my Atrium hematologists, she adapted and noted carefully what had to be done to avoid conflicting treatments and priorities. She was intelligent and compassionate. My wife attended, and was likewise impressed by Allison & all staff.
