Novant Health Mountain View Medical is just such a place, everyone from check in to check out treats me like an individual not part of a herd just to make a dollar. Emily Fischer is a kind caring medical professional that explains things well, patient and generally a "happy" person. That's great when you are down. But my favorite thing about Emily is her "I don't know, but we'll find out". She is a relentless problem solver who keeps going until you are satisfied. In my opinion she saved my daughter. Now she's my provider too!

Emily is one of the greatest assets to your medical center. She listened to what my health issues were and acted immediately to help me get each issue resolved.
