It was professional and informative

I didn’t get a diagnoses and my pain wasn’t taken seriously. I felt it was a waste of time and money. A cystoscope should have been done. Maybe he doesn’t know how to do them. That was my reason for going. To find the cause of my pain and treat that cause because it’s ruining my quality of life.

The demeanor of the doctor and nurse was very friendly and professional. They both had a calming effect about them.

I had gone to the ER and they sent a referral. My pain became intense a few hours after leaving ER and I called Dr McClain’s office. They got me in within 2 hours and he did surgery on me about 5 hours later. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed.

Dr Paul McClain did emergency surgery on me at the end of March and basically saved my life. I have nothing but good things to say about him and his skills. I was fortunate to have my problem when he was available to operate. He was a gift from God to me and my family.

They were all nice, the dr knew what he was talking about and sent me to medical park hospital for me to have two stents put in
