I could not ask for a better experience with the Doctor or any of the staff and nurses.

Dr. McClain and the nurse was very professional and explained everything I needed to know. I would recommend Dr. McClain and his staff to any one.

From check in to the end of procedure, I was pleased with the whole process.

Dr McClain was excellent!

Dr. McClain explained everything so I understood it and even showed me the results of my CT scan, which made it much easier to understand my problem.

Dr McClain looked at my health record and previous scans and discussed with me all needed treatment. Found him to be very professional and easy to understand and to talk with.

Dr. Mclain did not spend enough time with me to include me in any decisions. If I can get through this ordeal, I will not use Dr. Mclain again.

Upon entering the office, I was greeted with the Smile and professionalism of the sign nurse. I also was greeted by the nurse who took me into the doctor office very friendly as well and Doctor Paul was Confident in his analysis of what the next procedures will be In my treatments, overall, very pleased.

Receptionist not at all friendly. The nurse and the LPN were excellent in both knowledge and interaction skills.This was a first visit and it often takes time to develop a patient / provider relationship .

Staff was extremely friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to let me know that the doctor was running behind. From my experience I found that the delay was minimal. I had one nurse offer and bring me water due to the wait, which was not long. Doctor was great. I now feel like I'm on a path to healing.

Dr. McClain is a compassionate and knowledgeable Dr. He was extremely comforting last year during my surgery and through my recovery. He has placed me on preventative medication to avoid future kidney stones and blockages. McClain is thorough and I appreciate that very much.

I am Adam?s mother. Adam is IDD and was there to have a scope procedure to check his bladder. Dr. McClain and his nurse were very caring and patient with Adam. When Adam became agitated or uncomfortable, Dr. McClain praised him and told him he was doing well. Dr. McClain also tried to get Adam distracted by talking about Adam?s favorite comic book character. Adam was wearing a comic book t shirt. On a personal note, I must say that I have never been in a more friendly doctor?s office in all the years I have been taking Adam to his doctors. Dr. McClain and the staff we came in contact with were exceptional. We thank them for their patience and compassion.

Dr McClain listened to what I was saying about my issues. He requested 2 tests, he explained what to do if I had issues in between appointments. I’ve had reoccurring issues for a while and my family doctor was not very helpful. Thank you Dr McClain. Dr McClain’s staff is also very kind.
