He is great I would recommend him to anyone my whole family goes to him because I told them how good he is
I can recommend Dr. Boltizar, but his practice is closed to new patients, just like all the other doctors.

I am thoroughly pleased with the care Dr. Boldizar provides. I am blessed to be in his care.
Dr Boldizar is a caring and competent primary care physician. He takes the time to explain diagnoses and his proposed management. This in contrast with some providers with a bedside manner "take these pills and see me in six months " or "if you don't you are going to die .." I am now (after many years ) taking a statin because Dr Boldizar explained my risks of a stroke (vs having no CV risks)
