The nurse was rude, hostile, and did not listen. The result of this behavior caused me and two pharmacies staff to waste 2 hours of our time. The doctor and administrative staff were great.

I will book appointments very early in the day rather than late afternoon going forward. My 3pm appointment turned into a 3.45pm appointment with me sitting in the medical room from 3pm to 3.45pm

I have not been notified of my test results. After I left I remembered some questions and don't know how to talk to Dr. He said I could leave a message but how? I will call number for Appt.

Dr. Winslow listened to all of my concerns and after reviewing my symptoms/chart, ordered testing that I felt was very relevant to my symptoms. I appreciated this, as no other Dr's had listened to my concerns/requests for exactly the same recommendations that Dr Winslow expressed. Dr Winslow saved my life five years ago. I was very happy to meet with him directly, as virtually all my visits in the past three or four years have been with other staff.

I think the back of your building looks like the front so I wasted a lot of time getting into the building. I see no reason that the building is not accessible from either side.

The practice is located in the newly constructed building. I appreciate the increased size of the waiting room so that it allows my sitting with more space between myself & others especially during colds & flu season. The public often practices poor health hygeine.

Need signage so you can find Doctor office. The staff, both upstairs and downstairs, has asked repeatedly for adequate signage.

Scheduling was mixed up. I was as told the spot was in Bolivia but found out it was at NHMC in Wilmington. To the credit of the staff and doctors at the Bolivia site they worked to accommodate the mistake.

The only glitch I experienced is that I was sent to the wrong location for my appointment and also given a time of 8:00 when my appointment was actually 8:40. The scheduler should ensure each patient is aware of which location they are to go to and the correct time for their appointment. Everything worked out well, and other than this, I was extremely satisfied with Dr. Winslow and his staff.
