The PA was very understanding and very acknowledge of my problems that made me very comfortable and did everything she could to make Comfortable and explained everything to me. She has a new patient as far as I'm concerned.

Swanger has wonderful beside manner however I felt that the interaction was rushed and she could have taken more time to explain side effects and next steps for the procedure performed. As I had the procedure previously, those details was not covered by Swanger.

I would Imagine it's rare that any woman would say they enjoyed their exam but I actually did. Crystal is incredibly kind, empathetic, funny, thorough and extremely intelligent. She listened to all of my concerns and gave me excellent advice. I am so grateful to have her as my gynecologist and have already recommended her to two of my friends.
