I walked in to my appointment after the anatomy scan, the provider Olivia walked in asking "do you have any questions " how I'm I supposed to have have questions when she did not went over anything? Only the anatomy scan was "fine " I felt like I was in a fast food restaurant

I really appreciate how much time she took to answer all of my questions. I felt like she really cared about me and my health and took the time to explain what was happening. Thank you to her as I've been brushed off in the past. Thank you for making me feel better in my health.

I've had such great experiences here, I feel heard and cared for. I've had concerns with my primary doctor and Olivia is on it, my primary has made me feel that I'm not heard in any way and dismissed. You have all done the exact opposite and I appreciate the care I have received so much.
