Rebecca Gardner was nice and very professional.

Ms. Gardner was excellent. She took the time to explain my results and why she was prescribing the new medicine. She went over any questions I had with care and she gave me ways to better my health. I will be recommending her to my friends.

My experience as a whole was only at a level of experience where expectations are defined by numbers seen vs. patient comfort. If I put my trust in someone to conduct surgery on my person, I expect that person to care enough to be the one who conducts the follow-up and post op visits. This delegation to other subordinates presents a rather callous approach to one’s approach. If I was to do this with my students, I would lose my position.
