She, Annie, showed concern for my current and future health

Anne seemed very "short" and in my experience had a "know it all" attitude...a common experience I've seen at this practice. She gave me some information about anemia and iron deficiency that was incorrect, stating that iron deficiency caused large red blood cells, when in fact it's the opposite. I explained my symptoms, suffering and all I was given was "exercise". Another common experience. I am iron deficient and have exercise induced asthma, both of which make it impossible to exercise. Instead of helping me find another specialty that could help, I had to repeatedly ask questions and request referrals. This will be my last time visiting this facility, as I feel blown off, disrespected and frankly not cared for in any way.
