Carla was extremely nice and thorough. She had a wonderful bed side manner which makes a world of difference when you are sick and have to go in to the doctor! She did awesome!!

Everyone at this facility was very courteous and friendly-from the scheduler to the PA . I got a same day appointment since I was sick . That was great! I really appreciate that they offer weekend appointments also!

The entire process was great! From calling the office to schedule an appointment to receiving excellent care. The staff answering the phones are so helpful and incredible! She put me first and diligently worked with me on scheduling my visit. Nurse Practitioner Vasquez was awesome! She had a prescription already called into the pharmacist before entering my room, talk about confidence, medical expertise, and service! This is exactly what all practices should strive for.

She listened to me. She checked my chart and determined my diagnosis. I feel like I am improving slowly. Thanks for a quick appointment.

Carla was on time and very professional and she addressed my concerns that I had on the visit.

The provider was very rude and she didn’t want to listen to anything I had to say. She almost had an attitude when she came in my room . I did not like her having a student with her and her not telling me or asking me if it was ok . I will not schedule another visit with this provider. My wait time was not good with her. Overall her bedside manners are horrible. When I have another appointment I will make sure I don’t see Carla V . Again.
