I am feeling much better now.

James is very compassionate and cares. This is not the first time he has called almost immediately after my results hit my chart. He doesn't want his patients to come to their own conclusions. When I was there he consulted with other team members and when he delivered his thoughts to me, he didn't take ownership and gave credit to others too. This is what any patient would want in their medical provider.

Everyone was very courteous and friendly. Christina did my vitals and was great. This was my first time there and I was impressed with everyone. James Ballard is very personable.

Felt James Ballard was concerned with me as a patient. He informed me the nurse would be in shortly and gave me a water. Never had a doctor be concerned over a very short wait. He exceeded my expectations..my wife told me he was good.

This group is a welcome change from my last doctor. I told them they are such a pleasure to work with they almost make it fun to go to the doctor. First visit with Dr. Vasil was very comfortable and informative and yesterday my nurse and his Pa James Ballard were the best I've ever dealt with.

I enjoyed my visit. Did not feel rushed by anyone and was taken on time with delay.

I saw PA , Janes Ballard for the first time since mt doctor is out of the office. He was great and referred me immediately to specialists and commented on blood work in a very timely manner. He sent letters about results and was very attentive to me. I am vey happy with his attention to my needs and would recommend him

The staff at Novant Family Medicine are always so sweet and respectful. I get really nervous about doctor visits, but there’s some good vibes in the atmosphere that helps with my nerves. Dr. Ballard always makes me feel seen, heard, and validated.

James is knowledgeable, kind and respectful. Just the kind of provider that I would expect to find a Novant Health facility. He always does a great job.
