Dr Kannan explained things in simple terms in a way that I could understand. She refrained from using big words. I am not a doctor so I appreciated that she did not speak to me like one. She talked to me on my level of understanding. My visit felt like a normal everyday conversation. She made it easy for me.

I'm always very nervous when visiting a Doctor however; Dr K put me as ease immediately. She was approachable, compassionate, and I felt like she cared about me. I never felt rushed.
