Dr.Hooks is great

Good!

My visit went very well.

Everyone from reception, Nurses, to the Doctor have been nothing but a perfect 10. My previous hernia surgery was a terrible experience (at another location) so this being round 2 I was relieved from the first interaction to the last by all the staff and my last experience being a 1 this experience was a 12.... out of 10.

Everyone was professional, polite and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to visit with them.

He explaned the surgery ,and answerd questions asked me what I wanted to do . He did a good job no complaint.

Dr. Hooks and Edwin were OUTSTANDING. They both listened to my current health complaints (gall stones) , thoroughly reviewed current and past tests and visits I've had w/ Novant doctors as well as other doctors/PAs regarding my kidney stones (that I still have and which have multiplied), and developed a plan to give me relief from the gall stones. They both listened and took my current health complaints as well as my history of kidney issues seriously. I'd readily recommend them to anyone who had gastrointestinal issues.

Dr. Hooks Was referred through Urgent Care. Very prompt on response to my issue. Was unable to help on my situation, but referred immediately for further care

I would like if you had a dietician on staff, and not to have to see one at another location, that is out of network from my insurance, that I have to make a separate trip to see them and pay out of pocket.

Particularly pleased with the nurse who first talked with me.

Because he is a surgeon, he was unable to direct me where to go from Here but did make some suggestions.

I was kept waiting on the nurse to long for check out

I love the staff but the phone setup has way too many choices. It takes 5 minutes to get to the right office.

Appointment was actually taken early. Both assistant and Dr. Hooks we're really great.
