Dr Ramos is very good at what she does Great Dr

New patient, new dr, she didn't want to dicuss past issues I was having due to not want to talk about dr past experience. So I'm not coming back to this office. She kept telling me my anxiety was up! Yeah, she would'nt listen to me but, TALK AT ME!!!!! Yeah, great experience with this dr, Not!!!!!

Have recommended her several times.

Dr. Ramos was unprepared for my appointment and didn't even know why I was there for the appointment. This is the second appointment she scheduled with me that I came to where this was the case. I feel my time and my copay was wasted.

I was able to give my information an received my recommendations well. Although it was or seamed to be rushed overall it was a great experience.

Congratulations to Novant Health for having Dr. Ramos on your staff at Chair City for 25 years. I'm very glad she is my PCP.

I think primary care physician should be more considering of people with mental illness who are properly seeking treatment for bi polar depression. Please seek to understand without prejudice in listen to understand. I wanted to be pointed in the right direction to a therapist and my experience made me uncomfortable.

The office looked cleaner and more professional. I like counters clean and clear of clutter. That includes things like " bobble heads" and pens with taped on artificial flowers.

The staff is always very helpful and kind every time I have an appointment. My doctor is the best Dr. Ramos
