The staff was completely updated on my files made me feel like they actually put a lot of effort in to making my appointment 100% worthwhile!

This Doctor listened to my concerns about the reason I was there seeking help for my medical problem. He gave me time to speak and then he answered my questions. He is going to have some test run to figure out what is going on. That is a plus for me.

Never had a bad visit with Dr. Seaux! He asks if my previous problem has been rectified and then asks if I have any other concerns and we move forward with treatment options, MRI, medication, etc.

Dr. Hawfield was on schedule and during a 15 minute visit he listened to all my questions and concerns then was still able to do multiple minor skin procedures. He was not hurried just very efficient.

I must say that he is the only one of my Novant providers that has ever walked me to the checkout area, while still discussing my sleep issue. 10 STARS for Dr. Seaux!

The service’s is just what I needed.

I didn't have any issues! I was in and out quickly.

I had an 8:00 AM appointment and had to wait 30 minutes (8:30 AM) until I saw my doctor. I don't understand why there was such a delay first time slot in the AM. This seems to be a problem for this office. Also I do not feel Dr. Seaux listened to me carefully. I told him several times about my concerns but he really did nothing to try to make me feel better except telling me to try things that I had already told him time and time again I was doing it already. I'm really not inclined to recommend him to anyone.
