There are four main interaction points - Front Desk - friendly efficient professional Nurse - friendly, non-judgmental, professional Blood draw - friendly, capable (my blood isn't easy to draw) - and with no judgment Dr Garcia - I'm old enough to have had great doctors and relatively poor doctors - Dr Joe is at the top of my list. He is so capable but also compassionate - matter of fact in a good way without judgment. Covered all my "issues" and has already followed up with a treatment plan. Really appreciate him

However, the staff and doctors at the Rosedale Novant give you the feeling that their interest is the patient and you are a person who is trusting them with your care.
