Mar 2025My provider could not have been more informative, empathetic, or personable. She not only was able to fit me into the schedule, but she did so without seeming bothered or burdened. She was upbeat and kind. I asked nothing short of what felt like a million questions and she patiently answered each one. She was able to put me at ease in what for me was an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation (even though I know she deals with these things every day). I could not say enough about Heather's professionalism, positivity, and exceptional care. I would reccomend her as a provider, without hesitation or reservation. She is simply the best. That office is lucky to have her on their team!
