I was a bit disappointed that an immediate solution wasn't available and that "I just need to rest and heal"...to continue what I'd been doing for over a week, with no improvement. BUT, I was thankful for her reassurance and explanation of my situation. I left feeling listened to and with a better understanding of my bodies ability to heal this issue...although it is taking much longer to heal than I had expected.

Heather did not tell me what to do and let me make my own decision and I appreciated that
