The NP showed very little professionalism by showing up in her ripped jeans. I don't doubt her integrity or intelligence, how ever the physical I came for was very lacking and was just an excuse for me to go to another room before my blood work. Which the phlebotomist where very good

The NP was easy to talk to, she explained everything to me, she was nice and worried about my well-being.

I loved my doctor, recommended her to family!

She did not listen to any of my concerns, spent very little time examining me, did not fully explain the treatment, and spent most of her type typing on the computer. She suggested me using a medication that I can't take -it is in my health chart. Once I told her this, she finally looked into my chart. She told me not to take that medication but did not provide an alternative. I am worse than when I went for my visit, but find it useless to call the office back as they didn't take my concerns seriously.
