May 2025Dr Jan is absolutely fabulous! When I first met her, my A1Cs were 6.5! I was diabetic borderline. But she gave me alternative measures in order to get my levels down and coached me on meal preparations, along with other vital health changes that I needed to make. I'm happy to say a year later my A1Cs are down to 5.3! She was very informative on keeping me straight on my lifestyle changes. I'm so grateful for her helping me out!!! Thank you, Dr Jan.
