I loved my doctor, recommended her to family!

She did not listen to any of my concerns, spent very little time examining me, did not fully explain the treatment, and spent most of her type typing on the computer. She suggested me using a medication that I can't take -it is in my health chart. Once I told her this, she finally looked into my chart. She told me not to take that medication but did not provide an alternative. I am worse than when I went for my visit, but find it useless to call the office back as they didn't take my concerns seriously.

Janneh listened to my questions and answered them with information I understood. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and caring. She helped me to understand my blood work and vital signs.

Bad eye contact and at times I could not understand what she said. Poor diction. I thought the only problem that was addressed was too long not allowing for other problems or questions I wished to ask.
