The nurse practioner, karen Carson, wa outstanding. She connected with me, expalined the plan thoroughly, steppe me through each phase and hit the exact spot needed for th extration. I could not hae asked for a nicer person to perform this procedure.

Karen is outstanding! She could not have "handled" me better than she did. I was very anxious and she talked me through every step before she began. Then repeated every step as she did it. She kept me engaged (or distracted!) throughout the procedure; and, she was right, it wasn't as bad as I expected. She is such an asset to your team.
