Finally felt heard with a good plan of care to resolve issues

He was wonderful. I left his post op visit without any instructions other than don't lift more than 20 pounds, begin easing back into exercise (no core strength training), take it slow. I take the responsibility myself that I should have asked for written guidelines or timeline. There was no paperwork or follow up appointment.
