Dr. Jackson takes her time with me ad listens and answers all my questions and concerns. She not only cares about my physical health but my mental health as well.

My mom has been seeing Dr Jackson for over 6 years. She is awesome to my mom. In the last few years mom has lost her hearing and Dr Jackson and staff makes sure she understands everything they are telling her.

Was not listened to, the provider was not helpful, pawned me off on specialist. This is the second time seeing her and it will be the last. She asks condescending questions and does not seem to care or have the knowledge to help.

Physician was in and out of exam room in less than 10 minutes. Seemed less personable than other visits with her. Did not explain potential causes for symptoms.

Dr Jackson is the best! Her staff at the office is always great too- from the person who checked me in and out and the nurse who roomed me. I have in the last few years changed jobs and my insurance now prefers a different health system but I refuse to leave!
