Maybe I’m expecting too much from healthcare. My visit consisted of my vitals being taken by the Assistant and then just talking to my provider. Except for the vitals we could have just had a phone conversation.

So prompt and professional no waiting and sitting around to see doctor I was waiting less than 5 minutes unlike other doctor visits I have had elsewhere I love it they are the BEST

A few times I got sick ! Called for an app to see someone. And would get an app 3-or 4 days or a week later. Not good.

Was not listened to, the provider was not helpful, pawned me off on specialist. This is the second time seeing her and it will be the last. She asks condescending questions and does not seem to care or have the knowledge to help.
