I saw Dr. C on Tuesday01/09. By Wed. 01/10 I came down with a good case of the Flu. She was ever so smart to have worn a mask. I would most definitely see Dt. C again. She impressed me with her "smarts" and personality.

This medical office was by far the most professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful office I have ever visited.

Dr Conway puts me at ease and shows genuine concern for me and my life situation.

I was happy that a specialist as knowledgeable as Dr. Conway is located in Charlotte. My consult with her was lengthy and personalized to me and my situation.

Dr. Conway is so knowledgeable about my health conditions. And I feel very comfortable under her care! So thankful I found her to help me manage my MS as I age!

Dr Conway is fantastic. She is very through in explaining all aspects of my illness and treatment. Her nurse is also great. The new location is very nice and all the office staff are polite and helpful.

The entire appointment experience was excellent, including the atmosphere and interaction with all of the office staff. Dr. Conway's assistant was very friendly and efficient and Dr. Conway was extremely thorough, professional, patient, and pleasant She took an extended period of time in conducting the examination, asking questions, and discussing symptoms and treatment. Explanations, explanations! All were explain in such a way that even an 18 year old would not have any questions after her visit. I always love the end when Dr Collins’ states “she is here for me”. I was so lucky when she was recommended to me.

I was very impressed with the facility, the staff & the doctor. The building was very clean. There was plenty of handicapped parking. The staff & nurses were very pleasant. The doctor listened to what I was saying & was EXTREMELY knowledgeable.

Dr. Conway did a thorough examination, looked at my reports, listened to my symptoms and then provided a detailed explanation of her findings. I highly recommend her!

We were welcomed into the office a little early and did not have to wait long to see Dr. Conway. I feel very fortunate to have her as my doctor. She has made me feel secure in believing that she has my best interest in mind.

The Dr I saw needs better bedside manners. I felt she was condescending towards me and almost accusatory. I wouldn’t go back unfortunately.

I never dread my appointments here. Some places I have anxiety for a week or more before but not here.
