Dr. Conway is a straight shooter. Do refreshing not having someone worry about offending my feelings and just telling it like it is. She's old school & I absolutely couldn't appreciate her more.

Dr Conway is an upbeat person who encourages conversation. She listens to every word and looks for ways to help me live well with MS. She took action immediately when I noted that my right leg had weakened while still recovering from foot surgery. She set up physical therapy for me while still in her office.

Dr. Conway gave me excellent care. She asked questions and gave lots of recommendations. She has an excellent manner and speaks from experience. I feel lucky to be her patient.

Dr. Conway provided her usual excellent level of patient care. She was thorough in her examination, asked many relevant questions, and provided a significant amount of helpful information. She patiently invested a substantial amount of time in the appointment and did not act in any way as if she was in a hurry to get through it. Her staff also was helpful and friendly. I could not have been more pleased with the experience and am appreciative for the efforts of everyone involved.

Dr. Conway and the entire MS Novant clinic are absolutely wonderful. We switched here at the recommendation of a friend with MS and are so grateful we did. Dr. Conway and her team treat their patients like people and take the time to listen. She had my MS treatment covered by insurance in one business day after a different neurologist took 3 months and could not get treatment approval. Dr. Conway is an exceptional doctor and actually cares about her patients. It is clear that the entire team cares as well, and the infusion clinic makes an inherently upsetting (but effective) form of treatment as pleasant as humanly possible. All said, I feel that I owe my continuing quality of life to Dr. Conway, and I am grateful to be a patient here.

Medical assistant was very good

Dr Conway took her home with me. She was caring and gave me a clear diagnosis. I traveled over 2 hours, but we felt it was definitely worth it.

The nurse who did my vitals at the beginning of the visit was an absolute delight. She really got my morning off to a great start and that vibe lasted all day!

The office is very well run, always on time. At the same time I never feel anyone is rushed to stay on time. Dr Conway is there to talk through things as long as needed.

All of the staff members were personable and gave me great medical advice for a healthier future. Her assistant made me care more than I did (admittedly) about how high my blood pressure was and gave advice on tracking it better. Dr. Conway is extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I understood the importance of staying on top of my health and necessary appointments. I was in and out much quicker than expected which was great due to having to get back to work.
