Well I had to wait almost 25 mins after my scheduled appt and I had to ask the receptionist about how much longer and she was kind enough to call back for me to see how much longer. They were in their way to get me.

Your phone access is a failure. It can take a ling time to get any person on the phone. Online systems are not the answer to everything. I need a diagnosis for a heart problem. It may take me the rest of my life to get one. Novant was a bad move so far for me.

Before, during and after the EKG, the the nurse made no attempt to make this patient feel like a human being- not even a smile-maybe a bad day for that nurse. It may be a clinic, but we,with problems, deserve some gentility.

Followup testing went perfectly. Written report on visit particularly well done. Some data on kidney is not as close to trend as is available. Followup tests on blood pressure have been reported. Vascular test well done. Results favorable ( ie: negative on concerns. Great care.
