There are so many unknowns, and no two cases are exactly alike. Dr. Roy is AMAZING and what I most appreciate about him is his ability to clearly communicate in a language that I understand. Dr. Roy didn't use big words or medical terminology/jargon that I had no clue what he was talking about. Dr. Roy took his time explaining things to me, was very thorough, and very receptive to all of the questions I had.
