Dr. Clark always listens closely to every detail, no matter how big or small. She explains things in detail and layman's terms. Offers treatment ideas and discusses pros/cons of such. Ultimately leaves decision up to the patient, but encourages if felt treatment option(s) would be beneficial to patient.

Drr. Katherine Clark is kind, caring and a true Professional. Her medical expertise is obvious in all she does.

From the front desk associates, to the nurse, to the lap tech, and doctor, my entire experience was amazing. Everyone was super friendly and caring. I've already told my husband and son to start going here because everyone was awesome. I was also blown away that I got my lab results back in the same day through my My Chart app.

I trust Dr Clark and her staff to provide excellent care and professionalism because they always have in the years I have been using their services. I have referred others to them before to.

My experience with the Doctor was awesome She took the time to speak with me about my questions she informed me of what she felt I needed an why She went over my Medications She gave me the time I didn’t feel rushed I felt that she was concerned about me as a patient. Now the phone system is terrible when you have to call the office for anything it is major just to get someone to answer the phone there has been times I’ve tried to call and had to hold on so long that the phone just cut off and that part doesn’t seem to be improving it needs some major work I trust my Doctor and like this facility but it is important to be able to reach someone in the office the part that controls the appointments and cancellations and this is a daily problem not every once in awhile

Everyone at Novant Health is so friendly and helpful while still being professional. Dr. Clark always takes her time to talk to me, to ask if I have any questions then taking time to answer any questions or concerns that I have. All while not acting like she is in a hurry to get to the next patient, but I have never had to wait but just a few minutes between arrival and getting into the office. I really like a doctor that listens carefully and makes me feel that I’m her only patient, although I know I’m not.
