The office is operated efficiently, and the staff and doctors are always helpful and knowledgeable.

Dr. Clark's nurse is kind and caring and makes me feel comfortable. Dr Clark is thorough, very knowledgeable and listens and responds to my questions and concerns.

My experience with the Doctor was awesome She took the time to speak with me about my questions she informed me of what she felt I needed an why She went over my Medications She gave me the time I didn’t feel rushed I felt that she was concerned about me as a patient. Now the phone system is terrible when you have to call the office for anything it is major just to get someone to answer the phone there has been times I’ve tried to call and had to hold on so long that the phone just cut off and that part doesn’t seem to be improving it needs some major work I trust my Doctor and like this facility but it is important to be able to reach someone in the office the part that controls the appointments and cancellations and this is a daily problem not every once in awhile

I loved the doctor but didn’t think she thought I cared about my care. Any doctor or np I have visited and trusted left the practice. I want a doctor who I can totally trust and respect some of my decisions about my health was because of the medical profession. I loved her honesty just hope I get respect.

Everyone at Novant Health is so friendly and helpful while still being professional. Dr. Clark always takes her time to talk to me, to ask if I have any questions then taking time to answer any questions or concerns that I have. All while not acting like she is in a hurry to get to the next patient, but I have never had to wait but just a few minutes between arrival and getting into the office. I really like a doctor that listens carefully and makes me feel that I’m her only patient, although I know I’m not.
