I appreciate that she presented the information in a non-biased way, keeping my past experience and future options in mind. I was in the office for almost 3 hours. I have never sat in a doctor's office for that long. My appointments started at 9:45. I did not get called back til 10:15. My ultrasound lasted all of 20 minutes so I was done by 10:35. My next appointment with the actual doctor was at 10:45. I didn't go back till 11. Then I did not see the doctor until 11:45. Which then she wanted me to get labs but by the time she said I was good to go get them the lab tech had left and nobody knew when she would be back. So I left because I was not sitting there for another hour to get labs drawn. This Is the worst experience I have ever had at a Novant office.
