Love this doctor and she is so professional and smart.

There was a very pronounced language barrier and I don't feel like my past history was ever looked at. I will be looking for a different endocrinologist.

My visit was not rushed; my doctor was perceptive which amplified the success of this encounter. Dr. Jaju took care to explain specific treatments for osteoporosis, future labs that might be required and what type meds and their method of delivery might work best for me. Was so happy that my lab work was done in the office…wow! Convenient. My nurse doing the lab work was gentle, greatly skilled in getting the blood specimen and very kind. Thank you to the entire team there! I appreciated the respectful way Dr. Jaju listened to my questions and thoughtfully, directly and completely answered them. She put me at ease and created a space that maximized the result of this visit.

For one I appreciate how quickly they got me in. Felt so comfortable and confident in Dr. Jaju. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well. It’s an almost a 2 hour drive depending on traffic but well worth it.

Caring provider

My first visit. It went well. I really felt Dr Jaju cared about me and was going to be working with me to keep me healthy. The office was nice and clean and the front desk staff and Medical Assistant were very nice.

I have always trusted dr Arain, & so does my husband and our daughter. Her assistant is very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Front desk staff have greatly improved. I wish they would smile though.

Dr. JaJu is so patient and kind. I felt as if she actually cared and made every attempt to involve me in my care and medication treatment, it actually felt customized for me based off my lab results and not a one size fits all plan.

Dr Amruta Jaju is a special person! Listens, cares for your needs, wants to make you as healthy as she can. She truly is an asset to Novant Endocrinology.

No issues or concerns, just wish Movant would place an endocrinologist in the Rock Hill office.

She was very attentive. She listened to my needs, and she took time for me. We actually had a conversation. It wasn’t just one-sided, which is important. The staff in the building that help me as well. We’re very polite. And they set appointments for me. When I needed it the next time around.

Dr Jaju is a good Dr., but I have somewhat of a language barrier w/ her accent. Sometimes I am not exactly sure what she said.
