I felt unheard by my provider. She wanted to run 1000 tests before doing what was needed to be done to find out. She didn’t say but so much because she felt that I didn’t understand and spoke to me in a condescending manner already requested to have another provider with Atrium HEALTH. Also, she doesn’t wanna do a follow up for another two months and the rest will be done next year. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Novant health.

Dr. Jaju is the first Dr. that has truly taken my symptoms seriously. I finally have faith that she is going to find out what is wrong.

I have had many problems with this office. Reception is not very nice. I am already sick. And not feeling well. And to encounter attitudes and rude behavior its a lot to bare. Also when I need to pay my copay if i choose to pay cash. At least have the change to give back. It’s Inconvenient to me.

Dr. Jaju spent time with me and did not make feel rushed during my MANY questions. Gave me a printout of the summary of our visit.

a prescription was sent to my pharmacy for a medication that was not discussed with me and that could have had some negative effects. I will discuss this with Doctor Jaju the next time I come in.

Dr Jaju is a great doctor, but I sometimes have a hard time understanding her due to her dialect. Maybe it is just me.

Very accommodating office who squeezed in an appointment for me. The staff was wonderful and my doctor was very informative and listened very intently to me and my needs. She explained how and why we will put together a plan for my specific needs. Felt very comfortable and relieved that my issues were addressed 100%.

My visit was not rushed; my doctor was perceptive which amplified the success of this encounter. Dr. Jaju took care to explain specific treatments for osteoporosis, future labs that might be required and what type meds and their method of delivery might work best for me. Was so happy that my lab work was done in the office…wow! Convenient. My nurse doing the lab work was gentle, greatly skilled in getting the blood specimen and very kind. Thank you to the entire team there! I appreciated the respectful way Dr. Jaju listened to my questions and thoughtfully, directly and completely answered them. She put me at ease and created a space that maximized the result of this visit.
