Dr.Newman was very professional and knowledgeable of her expertise medical field. Definitely recommend her to anyone.

Everyone worked together in professional teamwork and listened to me and went beyond my expectations to insure that my schedule was considered and I was consulted on any follow-up care plans. Courtney was very helpful in making my appointment with Jessica Neumann (?) and made sure that I knew who would be seeing me. Nurse Jamie(?) was sensitive to my pain. Even the X-ray person was sensitive to my comfort. I would definitely be glad to see the provider when my PCP is not available! Outstanding experience!

Jessica Newman responded appropriately and I trusted her care, however would have liked more time to explore what was causing my pain. X-rays & CT scans could have been more clearly explained about what was indicated. A nurse forgot to tell Jessica, after I called, to contact me about next steps for pain management. I called again and nurse notified Jessica. She called & we established a pain management plan which is working so far. Also next step was for PT to contact me but has not for 2 days. Tried calling them this afternoon but message indicated office closed early. Will call again Monday.
