He helped me with payment options for my medication.

This procedure was very invasive & Dr. Malek was very compasionate, caring & gentle. He took his time, talking with me....explaining & reassuring.

This is my 3rd time for this particular procedure and the nurse and doctor have still walked me through it each time.

Dr. Malek is a Wonderful physician. I drive from Greenville, SC to see him.

He listened and provided valuable insight and advice.

The visit was efficient and the staff was just lovely. It was my first visit, but I was very impressed.

I did not understand why did I need an appointment if doctor could schedule my surgery by the phone or MyChart.

I visited the office on October 10 and October 11. These two days were one of the best experiences that I have had visiting a doctors office. I was nervous both days about going in and both days the doctor and the staff treated me well and eased my anxiety! I left there both days feeling confident about the medical decision that I had made!

I had a 8:15 am appointment in the day Hurricane Helene hit the Charlotte area. I had a 7:15 am phone call informing me that Dr. Malek was keeping to his schedule. I was glad his office reached out to me early. It was a tough drive to get there even though I live close but I am glad he kept his schedule.

I was very impressed with Dr Malik…he was already familiar with my history(which is rare that hospital staff,etc have the time to do). He didn’t rush me out( although it was late afternoon when I had my visit… I needed that because I’ve experienced 4 different types of cancer(& am currently receiving chemo treatment for multiple myeloma) I felt important to him and it was much appreciated.???
