Dr. Edel always takes time to listen. He reviews the questionnaires and addresses what's in them. At other places, it can feel like a waste of time. He offers up solutions without being judgmental and really works hard to make me feel like a partner.

Dr Edel is such a great listener, I was able to explain every pain I had from the fall. He took his time, he didn't rush me out. Took his time to examine me and we formed a plan of action. I was so happy to be update by phone (5 Stars for this action) I love the attention to detail that he has as a Family Doctor .

I have the upmost respect and confidence for all staff at Novant Health Care! From the moment I walk in the door I am treated with respect. I never have to wait long before the PA is out to get me, she is always smiling, attentive and always on spot about getting any information that needs to be done. Before she sticks your finger! Dr Edel comes in prepared to handle anything situation that needs attention very professionally, even if I do like to laugh a lot when nervous Dr Edel just laughs and keeps right on tending to business. Then as for blood work the young lady that attended to me on December 30, 2024 was very professional and great at her job, I could not tell she even took my blood! Checking out is always a delight this young lady is always on top of her job. I rarely see anybody else waiting to check out because she gets patients checked out so fast!

I appreciate the time the provider and staff give to their patients. And must importantly with courtesy.

Dr Edel has been my Dr since I was a teenager. I followed him from SPFP. He found my grandmother's cancer years ago and made sure she got the appropriate treatment up until she passed. I trust him with my health and he has always took the time to listen to me and help me out any way he could. Staff is amazing and friendly and you can feel positive vibes. Love Dr Edel have been seeing him for years

I needed this appointment earlier than normal one because I had just finished radiation treatments and I only wanted Dr Edel because he is my PCP to tend to me and he had a cancelation to were he could see me. I am very partial to his care and advice, I trust him with my health and as we suspected my fistula might need tending to because Dr Edel pointed out something. So now I have an appointment with heart and vascular tomorrow at 9 am.

I never have to wait like I do at other doctors. Dr Edel and his staff respect their patient’s time and I really appreciate that.
