Dr Chase is one of a kind. I have been going to him for almost 30 years. I was told i could not have children. I like that my provider is compassionate and has the same religious beliefs!

When the scheduler called, she told me there had been a cancellation for the next week, which is unusual, or I could take the next available date in a month. I wasn't prepared to take the earliest appointment, as I'd just returned to work after being on vacation. I scheduled the appointment for November 20th. My husband and friends urged me to take the earlier surgery date. I questioned whether or not there was an urgent need for surgery while my ROMA test was pending. I emailed the scheduler but was not expecting a call until the next day. She called me right away. She was very empathetic and reassured me about my choice - if the surgeon felt there was an urgent need for surgery, he would have noted to schedule sooner rather than later. If my ROMA test were abnormal, he'd contact me if surgery was needed sooner. I felt so much at peace after talking with her. I am a registered nurse and have worked in healthcare since 1980, so I'm familiar with how patients should be treated. Jennifer Teel was very understanding and helpful. I to my ROMA test results today and they are normal!!

They put me at ease immediately. He was as great as my primary doctor had told me he was. He explained what was going to happen and why. After the initial exam, explained everything in full.
