I was very happy with the visit I had with Dr. Chase and appreciate that he is further investigating my issue with other providers for thoroughness.

I am very thankful I was referred to Dr. Chase. He had thoroughly reviewed my case and knew exactly what was going on with my need for surgery in detail upon meeting him at this first appointment. He knew I was in the medical field, but that my husband was not, so even though I already understood what was going on and going to take place, he sat with both my husband and I and reviewed it all in a way my husband would understand. When I asked some clinical medical questions he not only gave me the answer, but also provided a rationale as to why or why not he would be performing that specific detail in surgery. I feel very comfortable with him as my surgeon for many reasons with the biggest reasons being that he has many years of experience yet is also privy to the latest and greatest techniques and procedures, as well as considering the importance of pre and post op adjunct therapies like physical therapy.

Everything was explained thoroughlyoptions were presented and I felt so much better when I left the office.

Although he did a thorough exam and included me in what he was doing, he didn't give me any information about why I was having this problem, what is causing the problem, is it something that I will have to live with for rest of my life, was there testing that should be done? I felt like I got left hanging about moving forward, what the plan was? I made an emergent appt with another provider in a different practice because of this
