Dr. Bennett was very relatable and funny, and kept the whole visit light and happy. He also carefully chose his words so the kids didn’t catch on to some of the more adult things he had to talk to us parents about, because of the nature of the visit. I think we all laughed ourselves silly, but also left feeling confident and happy in the care we’d been in. Definitely recommend.

Even though it was a "routine" visit, it was urgent as I had blood in my urine and Dr Bennett got right on it and saw me as soon as the results of the tests were available. He has been my urologist well before he joined Novant, over 15 years.

Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Everyone was courteous, friendly and respectful. The procedure went smoothly and with minimal discomfort. The nurse did a very good job with the numbing process, as I felt next to nothing during the procedure. She was very personable and relaxed. She obviously was well experienced. I had no difficulties at home afterwards. The doctor was very personable and communicative. He explained what he was seeing and encouraged me to watch the screen during the procedure. The best part is after several years of annual checks, I no longer need to do this unless something changes.
