Before becoming a nurse practitioner, I spent years working directly at the bedside, first as a certified nursing assistant, then as a registered nurse in medical-surgical and wound care units. Those years taught me what patients truly need most: someone who listens, explains things clearly and treats them as a whole person rather than a diagnosis. That foundation led me to pursue advanced training, allowing me to take on a larger role in guiding patients through their care.

She spoke so soft I could not hear her so I don't know all that she said . I told her I couldn't hear her and she spoke up a little bit but then started speaking so soft again . Don't know what she said
