Answered all my questions and assured me my medications were working as they should.

She seemed to have the knowledge but lacked ability to sound confident and I felt like I was asking all the questions trying to get the information from her. She did not take notes. After further testing she followed up but had a totally different treatment plan than what we discussed as if this is what we had discussed. I was so confused. She seemed nice but needs more confidence and better delivery of her knowledge.
