The process was very streamlined worth being referred to other doctors, etc. It was great and we appreciated the kindness and friendliness of all we encountered.

I felt well cared for. Jada Butler was very professional, caring and knowledgeable. The Phlebotomists that took my blood was the best I have ever had. She was proficient, kind, and had a great personality. Overall, this was an outstanding visit. I will say I have called your network back on 3 different days to make a follow-up appointment and have never been able to reach a person. I have left my call back number 3 times and have not received a call. This is frustrating and disappointing.
