I was very pleased with the fact that before I arrived, my medical records and x-rays had already been requested from Ortho Carolina. I thought Kyle Whitman was thoroughly engaged in my concerns and asked good questions and provided suggestions.

Kyle came in suggesting absolute surgery. No alternative until I stated that will not be my first option. He had nothing really positive to add. I understand being upfront with your patients, as I have doctors and nurses in my family, but as a provider you have nothing positive to say. I appreciate he had more x-rays taken when I arrived but he never spoke to the MRI findings, not once. He went straight to surgery. Not a fan.
