Care was excellent and according to as it should have been under the care of the professionals. They informed me. They gave me excellent care and I am grateful.

Dr. Jarvis went over my results thoroughly with me. He showed and explained everything my MRI revealed. He discussed options as well as what he deemed was/was not necessary at this time in my treatment/surgical needs. He gave me options, with pros/cons to each. He explained everything to me and gave me hope that this plan will help in getting me healed and feeling better. Thank you.

I believe we should have discussed in more details the process of recovery should I choose no surgery. It was discussed, but not in great detail. Most of the discussion was based upon surgery

Absolutely amazing care by Dr. Jarvis and his team!!!! They listened to everything, explained my diagnosis and reasoning, along with all my options and the pros and cons to each! We discussed expectations now, after surgery, for weeks during recovery, and even long term health and what to expect in the future. They spent quality with me and had solutions for improving my quality of life!
