I had an EKG and was disappointed that the results were not reviewed with me during the visit. Instead, an Echocardiogram was suggested. I only saw the EKG interpretation later through the patient portal and had to use an AI tool for clarification. While the tool explained the results well, I would have greatly appreciated an explanation directly from the cardiologist, as this helps build understanding and trust. That said, Dr. Alemu was very friendly, polite, and seemed to genuinely care.
