Eric Carter is phenomenal and I just appreciate so much the time he takes. I recommend this practice to all my friends, and think the world of everyone who works there.

I needed to see Eric Carter for a reoccurring UTI, even though he had no appointments available I was told to come right in and they would fit me in. With my visit and labs I was in and out in less than 1 hr. I know I could have gone to the Express Care, but Mr. Carter is knowledgeable about my condition and always finds time to get me in.

I had blood drawn two days prior to my visit with Mr. Carter. I had a great deal of trouble understanding the phlebotomists. I would suggest that they speak louder, more clearly, and make eye contact.

I have been with this practice for 11 years and have been very satisfied with the care and help from this office.

One thing I was if I went over my blood work on my chart which I did quickly but he never gave me any information about it. And I got side track and forgot to ask him. My results on urin test were very strange gr did go over that and it a contaminated but I really thought I should have been tested again.

Been with Eric for 7 years he has always worked with myself and wife, listened and provided solutions to our health needs.

Eric Carter diagnosed my Afib last yr and then turned me over to the Cardiology dept. Trying to get an appointment was ridiculous which sent me to the ER 4 times. Feeling unwell I finally requested a stress test. I also wore a heart monitor. All were great results but I felt terrible When I went to see Eric for my annual exam he listened to my concerns and looked closely at all my recent testing. Eric immediately noticed I was taking 2 beta blockers meds One year of feeling tired and concerned that the ER was the only way I could talk to a Dr. I am very concerned about our health care system Eric Carter is my hero

The woman that normally checks people out after their appointment, noticed me at the window, motion to me over and checked me in at her window to help out her teammate. Tammy is always very kind and patient when taking vitals and covering concerns for the visit. PA Carter is always prompt and incredibly caring. I think he listens better than any provider I've ever had. He does not rush me or act impatient if I have a couple thousand questions. He educated as he explains and addresses each of my concerns. The woman who checks patients out following the appointment always ensures I receive an after visit summary and makes sure I don't leave with any questions. This isn't a one time thing. Every single visit occurs just like I described. Best office in the country!

Eric Carter rushes through the exam and I had questions that were not answered. He spent about 1 minute with me. I had to call the office back about my prescriptions. This isn't the 1st time that I saw this PA, but it will be the last.

Eric Carter is the absolute best provider I have had in 68 years! He listens, he advises, he always takes the cautious (yet aggressive) measures to get to the root of any of my ailments. Eric Carter had prescribed medication for my blood pressure, this was a follow up visit to have lab work as well as being seen by him. He always answers any questions, never do we feel rushed to get out and he is very good at what he does! He definitely cares about his patients.
