I accidentally came a day early for my daughter's appointment, which is a one hour drive. The staff were so accommodating and were able to work me in that day.

This is the first time we were rushed out of the room after his scope. He wasn't even fully awake before the nurse had him get dressed and sent me to get my car. It was odd and I assumed they were busy that day

We love Dr. Williams on he treats his patients and how he always listens to my concerns. I wish I can stay his patient forever.

Dr Williams is great and we have only had good experiences with him. The reason I rated some aspects of the visit as lower have to do with the appointment scheduling. Somehow the office cancelled my daughter's appointment without notifying us. She had two appointments scheduled, and I canceled the sooner appointment via text message. Somehow both appointments got canceled and I didn't find out until I called the day of the appointment after I'd already taken off work to take my daughter there. So we rescheduled her appointment for two days later. We show up to that appointment to find out they had rescheduled that appointment and didn't notify us. They did go out of their way to fit her in, as my husband had taken off work and gotten my daughter out of school and was present at the office for what we thought was her appointment. Only 1 person out of 3 at the front desk knew how to use their new scheduling process. They did fit her in after we waited for 30 minutes. We appreciated being squeezed in but also feel like that much was owed to us after all of the issues. In any event, the doctor has been very helpful but the scheduling system is problematic.

The only complaint is that the doc took a while to come in. He was out there talking personal stuff w another staff member

Everyone, I mean everyone, was very friendly and made us feel like we were the only patient. Dr. Williams was extremely personable and made my daughter feel relaxed talking about a very uncomfortable topic.

I was very pleased with my entire experience while visiting. The receptionist was very understanding of my tardiness , and were able to schedule me an appointment time that best fit our needs. The nurse gave my daughter a book, which I appreciate. It gave her something to do while we waited for the doctor. The doctor was very pleasant, informative, witty which help calm our nerves. I especially like the phlebotomist that drew my daughter's blood. She wasn't able to give enough and had to draw from the other arm, so afterwards she gave my daughter a teddy bear...?? You all are the very best. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby...
