I stated that the communication was not clear, and I would appreciate her repeating repeating options, and the only response was something very dismissive and to make an appointment for next year, which I did not. If there was not a problem, I would not have wasted my time nor my $40 co-pay to come to the appointment. That she did mention a blood test as she turned her back to me and walked out the door. leaving me, feeling totally disrespected.
